Conditions governing your access to and use of the Triad Flow™ website.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.triadflow.org (the “Website”), operated by the authors of Triad Flow™ (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Intellectual Property

1.1 Ownership

The Triad Flow™ concept, operating model, terminology, visual identity, and all original expression published on this Website are the intellectual property of Sabarish Sasidharan Nair, Sudheesh Sudhakaran, and Varun Thazhathekalathil (the “Authors”). All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, diagrams, images, audio, video, software, and the design and arrangement thereof — is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

1.2 Trademarks

Triad Flow™ and the Triad Flow™ logo are trademarks of the Authors. The following terms, as used in the context of the Triad Flow™ framework, are proprietary terminology:

  • Driver, Maker, Guardian (as execution triad roles)
  • Flow Cycles (as an alternative to time-boxed sprints)
  • Custodian, Orchestrator, Steward of Flow (as enterprise structural roles)
  • Coordination Cost Inversion
  • Consolidated Ownership Model

Use of these trademarks or proprietary terms without prior written permission is prohibited, except as permitted under fair use provisions of applicable law.

1.3 Limited License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the content on the Website for personal, non-commercial, and educational purposes only. This license does not include:

  • Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying Website content beyond what is necessary for personal use.
  • Modifying, creating derivative works from, or reverse-engineering any content.
  • Using any content for commercial purposes without express written consent.
  • Systematically downloading, scraping, or extracting content from the Website.

2. Published Works

The Website references and provides information about the Triad Flow™ book series, published by Legacy Books. The content of these publications is protected by copyright. Summaries, excerpts, and descriptions provided on the Website are for informational purposes and do not constitute a license to reproduce the published works.

Pre-print materials, white papers, and research documents available for download are provided for personal and academic use only. Redistribution or republication requires written permission from the Authors.

4.1 Registration

4.2 Payment Terms

Paid events and certifications are subject to the pricing and payment terms specified at the time of registration. All fees are stated in the applicable currency and are due at the time of registration unless otherwise noted. Refund policies, if applicable, will be communicated at the point of purchase.

4.3 Certification

Completion of Triad Flow™ certification programs entitles participants to use the designated practitioner credential in accordance with the certification terms provided at the time of enrollment. The certification does not transfer intellectual property rights or grant a license to teach or commercially distribute Triad Flow™ materials.

5. Newsletter and Communications

By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive periodic emails about Triad Flow™ publications, research updates, training announcements, and related content. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions in any email or by contacting us directly. We will not share your email address with third parties for their marketing purposes.

6. Third-Party Links and Resources

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, including book retailers (Amazon), academic journals, social media platforms, and partner organizations. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Website shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Authors and their respective affiliates, officers, agents, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the state of the Authors’ primary residence.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Website after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Authors regarding your use of the Website, superseding any prior agreements or communications.
